Vocal Booth:
Live Room:
480 sq. ft. Comfortable seating with sight lines to the live room and vocal booth. Playback is monitored over three speaker configurations.
Dimensions: 17 x 26 x 10. The Live Room was acoustically treated for a semi-ambient sound with sight lines to the control room and vocal booth.
The acoustics are extremely dry for capturing intimate vocal and instrument tracks with sight lines to the other rooms.
Control Room:
Designed from the ground up, the studio was built to provide a single client exclusive use of the entire facility without any activities outside of the project. Well maintained, clean and comfortable environment with on site parking. A small lounge with a refrigerator, microwave, soft drinks and Wi-Fi. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Sessions available by appointment, flexible hours.
